With up to $4,000 annually, employees can pursue degrees, certifications, or courses that enrich their skills and open doors to new opportunities. By investing in their education, we’re also investing in the collective strength of our organization and the communities we impact.

  • Scholarship and Grant Program:

  • For employees’ eligible dependents, the Ike Nizam Foundation provides scholarships and grants ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 annually. These funds support post-high school education, whether at a university, community college, or trade school, reducing financial barriers and empowering the next generation to achieve their dreams. This program reflects our belief that access to quality education is a cornerstone of progress and prosperity.
 
 
 

Community Engagement

Volunteer Time Off (VTO): Making a Difference Together

Community involvement is a vital part of who we are at Waldom. Through the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, we encourage full-time employees to dedicate their time to causes they are passionate about. With 8 hours of paid volunteer time annually, employees can step away from their workday to engage in meaningful service—whether it’s mentoring youth, supporting local food banks, or participating in environmental cleanup efforts. This program ensures that every employee has the opportunity to contribute to their community while balancing their professional responsibilities.

3-for-1 Matching Program: Amplifying Impact

The Ike Nizam Foundation offers employees the opportunity to make their charitable contributions go further. Through our 3-for-1 matching program, the foundation matches eligible employee donations to charitable organizations up to $750 per year. This means a $250 donation becomes $1,000, creating a powerful impact for causes that matter most to our team. By amplifying individual giving, the foundation helps employees create significant, positive change in their communities.
